This refers to the "righteous ones" of God, and is the title which was used by Nazarani instead of "Father" or "Priest". While Christians follow the Hellenized form and refer to their clergy as “Father”, Nazarani instead use the biblical title, קשישא in reference to their clergy. That is because the righteous are not to call anyone on Earth "Father".
